But don't worry if it's a surprise arrival! Just give us a call as soon as the baby is born, and we'll work our magic to get the stork sign up before the family comes home from the hospital. We usually deliver within 48 hours under normal circumstances. If you've already filled out our form, we'll give you a call to confirm your order and take payment over the phone. For birth announcements, you can rent our stork sign for a full 7 days, giving your family and friends plenty of time to admire it. And if you're planning a special event, you can rent our adorable stork signs for one day to add a touch of whimsy to your celebration. We want to make sure your stork sign is placed in the perfect spot for all those unforgettable moments and photo opportunities. By default, we stake the sign in the front yard, where it's easily visible from the road. But we want you to be completely satisfied with the placement, so if you have a specific location in mind, just let us know before we arrive, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Your happiness is our top priority!

Placing an order is a breeze! You can simply fill out our online form, give us a call, send us a text at 704-707-5129, or drop us an email at hello@pieceofcakestorksandmore.com. We want to make it as convenient as possible for you. As for payment, we offer multiple options. You can pay by credit card through  Venmo, PayPal, or Square. We'll send you an invoice. Once we receive your payment, we'll reserve your sign and get it ready for delivery. Just remember, full payment must be made before we can schedule your sign delivery. It's that easy!

If you're located within 10 miles of our base in 28097, the delivery fee is only $10. For locations a bit farther out (up to 20 miles), there's an additional charge of $20. You can choose from our selection of generic bundles starting at $85 or personalized bundles for $95. These storks can be rented for 7 days, and we'll install them in your yard to share the exciting news with your community. The personalized bundles include the baby's details and are left behind as keepsakes when we pick up the storks. Kindly refrain from relocating or dislodging yard signs, as they can be susceptible to damage. Exercise utmost care when mowing or using a weed eater in proximity to the sign, as any contact can result in harm. Avoid affixing any items, such as balloons, to the sign, as the sun can fuse latex remnants onto it, causing irreversible harm in the event of a balloon burst.

We understand that circumstances can change, but to ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that payment be made 48 hours before the stork delivery date. If payment is not received within this timeframe, we may need to cancel the order. We'll do our best to remind you about the pending payment via phone, text, or email. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to assist you!

We always strive to provide the best service possible, but if there are any issues with your order, we're more than happy to offer a refund. However, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any last-minute requests that weren't previously discussed during the booking process. You're eligible for a full refund in the following situations: if you cancel your stork rental at least 48 hours before the delivery date, or if extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide a refund in the following situations: if we can't access a gated community due to a lack of gate code or an incorrect code, if a security guard at a gated community doesn't allow us entry and we can't wait for more than 10 minutes if the homeowner or recipient doesn't allow us to set up the sign or requests its removal before the end of the rental period, if a threatening animal prevents us from accessing the property, or if the location doesn't have a traditional lawn. We hope you understand and appreciate your understanding in these situations.
